Účastník kurzu

- Věk účastníka je minimálně 18 let; zájemci ve věku do 18 let se mohou kurzu zúčastnit pouze v doprovodu dospělých, kteří se jej účastní zároveň s nezletilým
- Osoby mladší 12 let se kurzu účastnit nemohou
- Účastník kurzu je povinen po dobu trvání kurzu dbát pokynů organizátora
- Účastník kurzu je povinen dodržovat další podmínky aktuálně platné a vyplývající dle zákonů a vyhlášek platných na území ČR v době konání kurzu
- Jezdec si na kurz zajistí a dopraví koně; jiné ujednání je možné pouze po předešlé výslovné domluvě s organizátorem.
- Jezdec musí zvládnout odjezdit koně ve všech chodech a bezpečně ho ovládat po dobu celé jezdecké lekce ve skupině dalších koní
- Jezdec je povinen používat po dobu jízdy na koni jezdeckou přilbu a být ustrojen k jízdě na koni
- Jezdec je povinen chovat se v souladu s bezpečnostními a etickými pravidly jezdeckého výcviku a manipulace s koňmi

Zvíře

- Zvíře, které se kurzu účastní spolu s jezdcem, musí být zdravotně způsobilé
- Kůň by měl být základně přiježděn ve všech chodech a musí zvládnout absolvovat jezdeckou lekci ve skupině dalších koní
- Zvíře musí mít platná povinná očkování a majitel je schopen toto dokázat předložením očkovacího průkazu
- Zvíře musí mít platné vyšetření krve na infekční anémii koní a majitel je schopen toto dokázat
- Zvíře musí splňovat další podmínky aktuálně platné v ČR pro přesun koní a konání svodů
- Hřebci se kurzu účastnit mohou pouze po souhlasu organizátora
- V případě, že zvíře způsobí v průběhu kurzu škodu na pronajatých prostorách, majitel je povinen škodu nahlásit a uhradit v plné výši

Platba

- Elektronická přihláška na kurz je považována za závaznou
- Platební informace obdrží účastník emailem na základě elektronické přihlášky
- Pro jezdecké účastníky bude splatnost zálohy ve výši 50% z celkové ceny za kurz do tří týdnů od obdržení faktury a doplatek nejpozději dva měsíce před konáním kurzu
- Poplatek za diváckou účast a pro jezdící studenty je splatný do tří týdnů od obdržení faktury
- Pokud nedojde k zaevidování platby zálohy resp. plné platby za diváckou účast, přihláška bude vyřazena z evidence
- V případě, že je přihláška na kurz provedena méně než 21 dní před jeho zahájením, je kurz nutné uhradit v plné výši
- Pozdější splatnost je věcí individuální oboustranné písemné dohody
- Platba v hotovosti při zahájení kurzu je možná pouze v případě, že se jedná o přihlášení těsně před jeho zahájením (např. 7 dní)
- Organizátor kurzu vystaví účastníkovi fakturu

Storno podmínky

- 1. Storno do 90 dnů před zahájením akce: 10% z ceny kurzu
- 2. Storno do 60 dnů před zahájením akce: 50% z ceny kurzu
- 3. Storno méně než 60 dnů před zahájením akce: 100% z ceny kurzu
- V případě, že účastník neučiní storno vůbec a na kurz na který byl závazně přihlášen se nedostaví, platí pro storno podmínky ujednání dle bodu 3
- Účastník může za sebe pověřit jinou osobu k účasti na kurzu v daném termínu. V tomto případě si finanční vyrovnání řeší účastníci mezi sebou
- Storno akce je platné výhradně písemnou formou a to emailem z emailové adresy totožné s emailovou adresou uvedenou v elektronické přihlášce a vychází se z data odeslání storna účastníkem
- Účinnost storna nastává až po potvrzení storna ze strany organizátora kurzu, učiněné stejnou formou jako bylo učiněno storno ze strany klienta

Ostatní ujednání

- V případě nepředvídatelných okolností si organizátor vyhrazuje právo na možnost změny místa konání kurzu v rámci Prahy / Středočeského kraje

- Zároveň nám dovolte vás informovat, s ohledem na Obecné nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů (GDPR), že vaše data vedeme v naší databázi. Jedná se zejména o e-mailovou adresu a případně o další osobní data jako jméno a příjmení nebo telefonní číslo, nezbytně nutné k tomu, abychom Vás mohli informovat o připravovaných akcích a novinkách v oblasti Centered Riding. Vaše údaje jsou námi pečlivě spravovány a nejsou poskytovány žádným třetím stranám.
- Pokud si přejete od nás i nadále dostávat informace, nemusíte dělat nic a tím nám udělíte oprávnění k tomu, abychom vás informovali o našich aktivitách. Conditions of Participation On Centered Riding Courses

Course participant

The age of the participant is at least 18 years; applicants under the age of 18 can only participate in the course accompanied by adults who are participating at the same time as the minor
Persons under the age of 12 cannot participate in the course
The course participant is obliged to follow the organizer's instructions for the duration of the course
The course participant is obliged to comply with other conditions currently valid and resulting from the laws and regulations valid in the Czech Republic at the time of the course
The rider secures and transports the horse to the course; other arrangements are possible only after prior agreement with the organiser
The rider must be able to ride the horse in all gaits and control it safely for the duration of the riding lesson in a group of other horses
The rider is obliged to use a riding helmet while riding a horse and to be equipped for riding a horse
The rider is obliged to behave in accordance with the safety and ethical rules of riding training and horse handling

Animal

The animal participating in the course together with the rider must be medically fit
The horse should basically be ridden in all gaits and must be able to take a riding lesson in a group of other horses
The animal must have valid mandatory vaccinations and the owner is able to prove this by presenting a vaccination certificate
The animal must have a valid blood test for equine infectious anemia and the owner is able to prove this
The animal must meet other conditions currently valid in the Czech Republic for the movement of horses and the holding of trials
Stallions can only participate in the course with the organizer's approval
If the animal causes damage to the rented premises during the course, the owner is obliged to report the damage and pay the full amount

Payment

The electronic application for the course is considered binding
The participant will receive payment information by email based on electronic application
For riding participants, the advance payment of 50% of the total price for the course will be due within three weeks of receiving the invoice and the balance payment is due no later than two months before the course
The fee for spectator is due within three weeks of receiving the invoice
If the payment of the course fee is not registered within the given period, the application will be removed from the register
If the application for the course is made less than 21 days before its start, the course must be paid in full
Later payment is a matter of individual bilateral written agreement
Cash payment at the start of the course is only possible if the application is made just before its start (e.g. 7 days)
The course organiser will issue an invoice to the participant

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation within 90 days before the start of the event: 10% of the course price
2. Cancellation within 60 days before the start of the event: 50% of the course price
3. Cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the event: 100% of the course price
In the event that the participant does not cancel at all and does not attend the course for which he/she was registered, the cancellation conditions according to point 3 apply
The participant may authorise another person to attend the course on his/her behalf on the given date. In this case, the financial settlement is settled between the participants
The cancellation of the event is valid only in writing, by email from the email address identical to the email address specified in the electronic application and is based on the date the cancellation was sent by the participant
The cancellation becomes effective only after the cancellation is confirmed by the course organiser, made in the same form as the cancellation was made by the client

Other arrangements

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to change the venue of the course within Prague / the Central Bohemian Region

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Be informed, with regards to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), that we keep your data in our database. This is mainly an e-mail address and possibly other personal data such as first and last name or telephone number, which is absolutely necessary in order to be able to inform you about upcoming events and news in the area of Centered Riding. Your data is carefully managed by us and is not provided to any third parties.
If you wish to continue receiving information from us, you do not need to do anything and by doing so you give us permission to inform you about our activities. If you do not want us to keep informing you and you want to unsubscribe from our e-mails and newsletters, please reply to the e-mail info@centeredriding.cz with the password "unsubscribe" in the subject of the e-mail and we will delete your personal data from our database.
